  1. We will exchange, or reimburse you for, any defective products
  2. To qualify for exchange or refund, YOU MUST REPORT ALL DEFECTS within 24 hours of on-board delivery, while your vessel is still at port, and return the defective item in original packaging and with all accessories
  3. All sales are final; no cancellations, price adjustments, or returns
  4. We will assist where possible with any manufacturer’s warranty claims upon request
