Marine Duty Free is a global company serving primarily the hard-working international marine community. We are serving 2 million active sailors worldwide.

Do I need an account to use your services?

Browsing the website is open to all; however, to place an order you must be a registered user. This requirement is imposed by government authorities to ensure proper tracking of duty- and tax- free sales.

Which ports are covered? Where can I take delivery of my items?

We currently service key Canadian ports of Halifax / Quebec / Montreal / Vancouver and smaller surrounding ports. If your vessel visits these cities – we will be happy to deliver your order to you.
Addition of USA, Asian and Australian ports is in the works – please look out for announcements made on our website!

How to use your internet device and service?

Device connects automatically – no action on your part is needed. To purchase data packages, you will need to input a unique, clearly displayed IMEI number from your device. Once the package is purchased, data will automatically and instantly be useable on your device. Sometimes it helps to restart your device.

Our reliable, fast, seamless data service can be used in over 144+ countries worldwide.

I do not have a credit card. Can I still make a purchase?

Yes! We will work with you to find a solution. Please write to us at [email protected] and we may accept cash on delivery / other forms of payment, depending on the size and nature of your order.
