Shipping and delivery

After you completed your purchase online, we will begin reviewing and assembling your order. Once confirmed that we have your product(s) in stock, we will email you a shipping notice confirming that the items have shipped and are en-route to you; that notice is our acceptance of your order.

For items in stock, we will generally accept all orders placed at least 3 business days prior to the ship’s arrival to port.

In-stock orders (excluding scheduled delivery items) normally ship within 2 business days of placing your order. Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock. We will send you the shipping notice once the item is back in stock and has been shipped.

Your items will be held at our secure location until your vessel arrives to the port and can accept deliveries. At that time, a delivery will be made.

An applicable delivery fee will be charged to your mode of payment.
